Dennis W. King, Ph.D, founded STATKING Consulting, Inc. in 1989. After a few years of providing biostatistical consulting and data analysis services for household product development and environmental studies, the company branched into the pharmaceutical arena. Since then, the company has provided services to a host of major pharmaceutical companies. Most recently, the company has built business relationships with a number of emerging biotech pharmaceutical and medical device companies along with members of mid-Pharma.

In order to better serve the client's projects, the company expanded services from biostatistics alone to include clinical data management then clinical study monitoring and medical writing and, finally, clinical project management. Today, the company employs a staff of statisticians, statistical programmers, clinical research associates, clinical data management technicians and clinical project managers that are committed to providing a services company that meets and exceeds all Federal guidelines and regulations for Good Clinical Practice
