qualifications for the following position(s):
Statistical Programmer / Data Management
Programmer
- A BS or MS in Mathematics or Statistics with a concentration
in Computer Science or a BS or MS in Computer Science
- Excellent SAS programming skills with 3-5 years as a SAS
user in a pharmaceutical or CRO environment
- Experience in the preparation of SDLC documentation for
clinical trials software programs
- Experience in SAS programming for data cleaning, database
design and data entry screen development
- Experience in SAS programming as related to the submission
of NDAs/PMAs/BLAs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of local area networks (LANs) and web
development would be a plus
Clinical Project Manager
- Serve as the primary project contact with the Sponsor
- Create, distribute and amend project plans, work breakdown
structures, the project task list and timelines
- Validate that project tasks are completed according to
internal SOPs
- Create monthly status reports (including project budget
summaries) and send them to the client
- Create scope change requests and negotiate these changes
with the Client
- Write protocols, clinical study monitoring plans and review
all monitoring reports and documents
- Develop proposals for upcoming projects
This full time position requires:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or life sciences
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a clinical project
manager in pharmaceuticals or medical devices or a CRO
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
The ideal candidate will have:
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician’s
Assistant or EMT (at the EMT-4 level)
- Experience as a site coordinator
- Project management certification

Data Management Technician
This full time position requires:
- Bachelors Degree
- A minimum of one year of experience in clinical data management
in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in the testing of data entry software
- Experience in maintaining clinical trial CRFs
- Experience in writing and resolving DCFs
- Considerable experience in software packages such as Microsoft
Word and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Attention to details
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in the Life Sciences
- 1 to 3 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- At least one course in statistics and/or computer science
